Setting up a new account
The first time you want to place an order you will need to setup a new account. This is a one time only process and will let you order from any of our 1click2eat sites in the future by simply logging in.
You can signup from our home page by clicking on "Register" button on the top tool bar of our home page or the "Click Here" link when you begin your first order.
Upon completion of your registration you will receive a quick automated phone call to the phone number that you used during your registration to confirm your account. During that call you will be asked to input the PIN # displayed on your screen to finish the signup process. This is to ensure that all new customers are authenticated. Once you enter in the PIN # you will be able to login and begin your order.
How to order (for a video tutorial click here)
1) To begin the process Click on the "log yourself in" link on the restaurant home page
2) Next, Click on the Menu Category that you would like to begin ordering from
3) Now Select your Specific Choices that you would like to add to your online Shopping Cart.
Note: If no options are available for that product, simply click on the checkbox (for that product) and then click the "Add to Cart" button.
If the product shows "Click for options", click on that product where you can then choose the product options that are available to you (as shown below)
4) Continue adding items to your cart and click on the "Checkout" button when you have completed your order
5) After you review the items in cart you can continue the Checkout process. You will then have an option to add a drink or dessert to your order during the checkout process
6) On the next screen you will be able to confirm your delivery address and delivery method (if that restaurant delivers)
7) The next screen gives you the opportunity to enter in your payment method and a Coupon Code (if available for that restauarent)
8) On the Last order screen, click the "Terms and Conditions" checkbox and "Confirm Order" button to process your order
How the ordering process works
Once you confirm your order it will immediately be transmitted to the Restaurant for preparation and you will receive a confirmation email. You can also print a copy of your order.
How to save your favorite Meals
As we enjoy our favorite meals from our local restaurants wouldn't it be great if we could save all of those favorites for easy re-ordering in the future? Well, with 1click2eat you can do just that. Let's say you love the Salmon Dinner at Mama's Restaurants and like it prepared as follows: Salmon (Do not Overcook), With Rice, Carrots, Salad with Balsamic (Dressing on the Side) and no salt. When you first Select the options for that Entree you simply need to click on the Heart Button
In the next popup window, simply type in your name and click "OK" to save this to your own personal Favorites
To easily order this exact item in the future, simply click on the "Cart" icon in your own person favorites menu.
How to Search for Food that you like on the entire menu
Wouldn't it be great to be able to find the food type that you like from an entire restaurant menu?... well with 1click2eat you can do just that. Simply type in the food you like (like "chicken") in the search box and press enter.
You will then be presented with a list of all of the menu items that contain that food choice to order from.
How to enter in Coupon Codes
Many of our Restaurants offer special deals that we offer as coupon codes. Whenever you see these codes they can be entered in during the checkout process and potentially save from 10% to 25% on your order. One such offer is available from most of our Restaurants to be handled for your first online order using code 1clicknew.
On your next to last check screen you will see the "Credits Available" box for you to enter the Coupon Code and click "Redeem and Continue" to have the offer applied to your order.
